Regular consumers do not have access to our global partners so we want to pass the significant savings to you.
Our global partners will provide tracking numbers once shipped and we will pass them to our customers. Your purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please let us know if you do not receive your item(s) from us within the time-frame mentioned and we will take prompt care of you.

- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
- IT'S BEEN OVER 8+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
- Please contact us and our helpful support staff will promptly take care whether it's a refund or a replacement.
- I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
- We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
- WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
- Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- FREE JUST PAY SHIPPING ITEMS. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
- For Free (Just Pay Shipping) items, since the customer is paying for the shipping costs and not the cost of the item, there will not be a full refund. But since Customer Satisfaction is important to us, we offer store credit once the items(s) have been returned to us. Please contact us for Return Address.
- WHAT IS YOUR STORE'S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

- I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG! CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE IT?
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
- I ACCIDENTALLY REQUESTED MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

If the order arrives at your country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Theblissfulgem.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
